On Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the Piedmont High School Awards Ceremony, Mayor Baucom, on behalf of the Town of Unionville, proudly recognized the 2025 Outstanding Seniors and Outstanding Athletes.
The Outstanding Seniors award honors graduating students who have demonstrated strong academic performance, active involvement in the community, and extracurricular activities.
The 2025 Outstanding Seniors are Lillian Baucom, Elias Broadway, Daniel Goodman, Cade Griffith, Wyatt Parker, Esther Perez, Caleb Phillips, Kelly Rae Pitoniak, Brooke Rule, Olivia Stegall, and Andy Tepera.
The Outstanding Athletes award is presented to the top-performing male and female athletes who exemplify strong character, academic excellence, and athletic achievement. The 2025 Top Athletes are Carson Smith – Indoor Track, Basketball, & Track, and Jailyn Thomas – Basketball & Softball.
At their May 19, 2025, Town Council Meeting, Julie Gregg introduced the 2025 Miss Unionville and her court to the Town of Unionville. We appreciate their dedication to patriotism and community service!
