Unionville Community Center
Thank you for your interest in renting the Unionville Community Center.
Location: 1004 East Unionville Indian Trail Road, Monroe, NC 28110
Rental Details:
$150 for half-day (8:00 am – 4:00 pm OR 4:30 pm – midnight)
$200 for full day (8:00 am – midnight)
All rentals will be charged an additional cleaning/security deposit of $150.00 due at the time of rental. The security deposit will be destroyed or returned upon satisfactory inspection following the rental of the Center.
